High-Performance Low-Power 6-Axis MEMS Motion Sensor

The ICM-42605 is a 6-axis MotionTracking? device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, in a small 2.5 × 3 × 0.91 mm (14-pin LGA) package.

ICM-42605 includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts. The device features an operating voltage range of 1.71V – 3.6V. Host interface supports I3C? protocol at speeds up to 12.5 MHz (data rates up to 12.5 Mbps in SDR mode, 25 Mbps in DDR mode), I2C protocol at speeds up to 1 MHz, and SPI protocol at speeds up to 24 MHz.
